Fees

I am an out-of-network provider with insurance companies, Medicare, and Medicaid. This means that your care is based on your individual needs, not insurance companies. I have partnered with Reimbursify for you to easily submit your claims for out-of-network health insurance reimbursement at no cost for this practice. Payment is accepted the day of service by Zelle or credit card.

A good faith estimate of annual expected charges ia available at your request.

Sessions are in person at my office in the Upper West Side or via secure Telehealth video if you are a resident of NY, NJ, or CT.

To change or cancel your appointment without incurring a fee, please inform me at least 24 business hours before your appointment. Please note that most insurance companies will not reimburse missed appointment fees.
